The Payten Family are descendents of some of the first settlers ever too call beautiful Lord Howe Island home, consisting of an American Whaler, native of Somerset Mass, USA, and his Kiribati wife Bogue.They lived their lives here in the mid 1800’s , and we their descendents are happy to still be living here today.

The Payten Family has had a life time of enjoying their home with many people from many different countries.
