Our Boat

Beachcomber Lodge owns a 7.5 m Ocean Cylinder "Wolfe" custom built in 2010 for 7 pax + 1 crew 2c NSW survey. The “Wolfe” is owned & operated by life time fisherman and proprietor of Beachcomber, Gary Payten, offering special rates on the boat for our guests, ideal for 3 dedicated fishers or small groups of bird watchers.

We specialize in sight-seeing trips to Ball's Pyramid rising majestically 570m out of the clear blue Pacific Ocean.  This beautiful rock is the world's highest monolith, abundant with rare birdlife such as the wandering albatross in winter months and the Kemadec petrol in the summer.  For the serious traveller this is a must see.
